As the name implies, in Football Manager 2012 Mac, you assume the role of boss and attempt to take your team to glory. At the beginning of the game you can take charge of any team you wish; take charge of Manchester United and attempt to lead them to European glory, or maybe jump onboard a Division 2 long shot and steer them to the Premiership.
